But even if you are just debating becoming friends with benefits with someone... You need to think about whether it's worth it or not. First of all, lot's look at the very obvious benefits when it comes to having someone that you can always hit up with a booty call. Pros For most people, it's the physical aspect. Orgasms are always nice. They make you stress-free and fill you up with happiness hormones that can have an effect on you for up to a couple of hours. How would you not want that all the time? 3 Key Steps For A Successful Marriage

You may have just got married or perhaps you're already past your 10th anniversary, or you could be single. Whichever it might be, you came here because you feel like you need help or some tips and I'm glad you visited this site, because I have exactly what you need. Here are the most useful things you need in marriage:

The shock-wave
Most people make one critical mistake when they get into a relationship or when they get married. Push everyone else away. This usually occurs because these people desperately want their bond o last and for some reason they think that by focusing all of their attention to their significant other it will last longer. If you're one of these people then sorry to break it to you: you're doing more harm than good.
If you suffocate your partner with love they are more likely to leave (take the word suffocate strongly, I don't mean that giving a ton of love to the other will lead to a break up or a divorce). It makes you look desperate and in love that's not a necessarily great thing. So give yourself some care too, go out with your friends and keep things fresh by not spending all of your free time together and getting bored by it.

Disagreements
Arguing is a type of art. It's delicate and you need a lot of experience to do it properly. But I (and a lot of other people) have a major problem regarding it. Humans are very competitive and the results can be insanely destructive when it comes to a heated discussion with your partner. If you don't have control over this then you will hurt them and damage your relationship significantly, if not, ruin it. Also, if you're anything like me, you don't realize this in time and only "wake up" from it when there's nothing left to do except apologize. I have an idea for you though, if your partner is willing to help then you should agree on a safe-word. Yes, a safe-word. It can be used outside of the bedroom, so this unusual word can be said by your significant other, thus reminding you that what you're doing isn't right. You've probably heard the phrase: "It's you two against the problem, not you vs. him." It couldn't be more accurate, So next time you have a disagreement just sit down and think about your words first.

Showing gratitude
This is a common problem in relationships where one half does more for the other. What happens is that the "lazier" person will get used to it and think that this kind of behavior is the bare minimum. The standard will get much higher, while the first half will work his hands off to provide anything and everything they want. This might not even be the core problem, as this usually gives both people some sort of satisfaction, but when there's no gratitude... well, let's just say that the person will continue to deteriorate. This can reach scary and outright horrifying levels, where they will feel like a slave.
It can sound crazy, but I'v lost friends this way. So conclusion: don't be a doormat, treat your partner as an equal and know your worth.
