8 Amazing Date Activities That Will Make Your Relationship More Exciting

Sometimes the usual stuff doesn't work when you're a couple of months into a relationship. A fancy dinner and a movie won't cut it. At this point, you need something that encourages both of you to be more intimate with each other.

The best way to do this is spice things up when it comes to spending time together. Get out of your comfort zone a bit and try something new.

1. Road trip
This one can be a bit costly, but when you think about it, there are a lot of opportunities when it comes to random travelling. Exploring the world, being outside the city and seeing new places is a great way to remove yourself from your usual setting.
Also, if this little adventure of yours takes more days then you can choose to put up a tent and sit around a campfire at night. This sets the mood for a deep discussion, so you can get to know your partner even more.

2. Bake
It's a little cliche, but you can have a lot of fun while doing it. Playing around with the ingredients and making a mess is all part of the experience.
And of course, you will have a delicious dessert at the end of it.

3. Picnic
Pack some thing up, pull yourselves together and go to the nearest park. Not only is it fun, but it will most definitely make you see things from a new perspective.
Maybe this time you will see your partner a tiny bit differently.

4. Stargazing
Spending a night outside is an unforgettable experience. It can help you open up a little more and talk about things you've never before. Also, it's one of the most romantic types of dates.
And who doesn't like watching stars?

5. Karaoke
Now this... it's my absolute favorite. You won't have time to talk, or look deeply into each others eyes. Instead, you will sing your heart out and see them having the time of their life. It gives you a chance to let out your feelings without actually saying them.

6. Make a layout for your dream house
I haven't seen this as a recommendation anywhere yet, but I think that this one offers a lot of insight to the other person's point of view. Mostly, because when you're talking about the size of the rooms and how they would be connected, they will give their reasons. So, you will realize their priorities and needs.

7. Watch cartoons
This usually helps people remember their childhood, hence, you'll have something to talk about whatever you put on.
Just try to avoid Sponge Bob and other shows that are slightly more on the annoying side.

8. Cycle around the city
Cycling is a great exercise, but it doesn't require too much energy, so you can go exploring. Not only that, but it isn't too expensive to rent bicycles.
Prepare some water bottles and go to parts of the city you haven't seen yet.
